Revive Laser and Skin Clinic Inc is very committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional customer service and because of this, our calendar is now full!
We know that our clients understand that when an appointment is cancelled without giving much notice, this prevents someone else from having being seen during that time slot, as well as leaving our treatment room empty.
Deposit amounts can be applied to the purchase of products or services at Revive Laser, or will be fully refunded with notice of cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment by no later than 3pm, 3 days prior to the scheduled appointment.
No shows and late cancellations will results in loss of the entire deposit and the appointment will not be rescheduled.
This also applies to same-day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.
While Revive Laser does send out courtesy reminder text messages prior to the appointment, clients understand that they are solely responsible for saving their appointment time in their calendars and remembering it. Not receiving a reminder text is not sufficient reason for missing the appointment.
